By using Vothlab ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. We may update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

What Vothlab Is

Vothlab provides free, browser-based developer tools. All processing happens entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any data you enter into the tools.

The Site is provided free of charge, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Acceptable Use

You may use Vothlab for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

• —Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically copy the Site
• —Use the Site to process data you do not have the right to use
• —Attempt to circumvent any security measures on the Site
• —Use automated tools to place excessive load on the CDN

Privacy

We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind. The Notebook tool uses your browser's sessionStorage to temporarily persist notes — this data never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use of the tools is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vothlab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to data loss, corruption, or security incidents resulting from misuse of tool outputs.

Intellectual Property

The Vothlab name, logo, and site design are owned by Vothlab. The underlying open-source libraries used (Monaco Editor, DOMPurify, js-yaml, etc.) retain their respective licenses. You retain full ownership of any content you create or process using the tools.
